What we never do

  • We never correct in silence

    The document is the source of truth, not our arithmetic. If the amounts do not add up we say so — but we change nothing on your behalf.

  • The last word is human

    No rule blocks anything. Findings are visible, and what to do about them is your call, with the paper in your hand.

  • Deleting has a step back

    A deleted document leaves the list and one click brings it back — hidden fields too. Only what you delete yourself disappears for good, after 30 days, and so does anything 12 months old.

What people ask most

What documents can be scanned?
Any piece of paper: a tax invoice, a utility bill, a till receipt, a work-completion act, a delivery note, a contract, a diploma or a receipt. The product does not require the document to be an accounting one — it reads what is printed and shows exactly what it found.
In what formats can I download the data?
PDF, XLSX, CSV, JSON and MD — the document exactly as printed, without our internal identifiers. Accountants also get the export for 1C: a flat table with fixed columns.
How does the export for 1C work?
The file is a flat table: one line per item, with the supplier, the fiscal code, the quantity, the price, the VAT rate and the document totals. You load it into 1C with your own import processing. Check the file first — the projection prepares the data, but posting it in the books stays your decision.
Do I have to check the result?
Yes, and that is why the screen puts the photo and the data side by side. The reading is good, but one wrong digit in a fiscal document costs more than a minute of checking.
Does it work from a phone?
Yes. The camera opens straight from the browser, the photo uploads immediately, and the screens are designed for a phone rather than merely shrunk.
Are Russian-language documents read?
Yes. Documents in Moldova are written in Romanian and in Russian, often on the same form. The interface has three languages — Romanian, Russian and English — and field labels are shown exactly as printed on the paper.
What happens to my documents?
They stay in your account for 12 months from upload, then they are erased for good, together with the original photo. A document you delete leaves the list and the export, but one click brings it back; “delete permanently” takes effect after 30 days. We are not your archive — keep your originals.
