By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

Kaducei digitises documents: you upload a photo or a file, the service extracts the data from it, you check the values and download them in the format you need — PDF, XLSX, CSV, JSON or MD. Accountants also get an export shaped for import into 1C.

The service does not do bookkeeping, does not prepare tax returns, does not submit anything to the State Tax Service and does not provide accounting or legal advice. It is a tool for reading and converting documents.

Values are recognised automatically by an artificial intelligence model. The model makes mistakes: it can misread a digit, miss a row or read a table differently than you would.

Checking the values before you use them is your responsibility. The service shows a confidence level and the findings it detected on every screen precisely to make that check possible, but it does not replace it.

We are not liable for tax, accounting or other consequences of using data you did not check.

An account is required. On sign-up you receive 3 free scans so that you can see whether the service is useful to you before paying.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity carried out through your account.

Scans are bought in packs, as a one-off payment. This is not a subscription: nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged to your card without a new order from you.

Purchased scans never expire. They stay in your account until you use them.

A scan counts as used when a document has been read and data has been extracted from it. If nothing came out of the document, no scan is charged, and re-reading the same document is free.

Scans are tied to your account. They cannot be transferred to another account, resold or exchanged for money, except as described in the Refund policy.

Prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and are shown before purchase. The provider is not registered for VAT, so prices do not include VAT.

Payment is by card, through the e-commerce system of BC “Moldova Agroindbank” S.A. (maib). Card details are entered on the bank's secure page; we do not see them, receive them or store them.

Once the bank confirms the payment, scans are added to your account automatically and you receive an electronic confirmation of the order.

Scans are digital content that becomes available immediately after payment is confirmed. At purchase we ask for your express consent to begin performance before the 14-day period expires, and for your acknowledgement that by giving this consent you lose the right of withdrawal provided by Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection.

Without that consent scans cannot be delivered immediately. The details, including when we refund in full, are in the Refund policy.

Uploaded documents are kept for 12 months from upload, after which they are erased for good, together with the original image and the data extracted from it.

If you delete a document permanently, it disappears from your account at once and the data is physically erased after 30 days.

How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.

You undertake to upload only documents you are entitled to process. If a document contains personal data of other people, the legal basis for processing it rests with you.

Using the service for unlawful activity, for attempts to disrupt it, or to access other users' data is prohibited.

We may suspend access to an account that breaches these terms. Unused scans are refunded under the Refund policy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: there may be maintenance, failures of external providers or outages beyond our control.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for lost profit, tax penalties or other indirect consequences of using the service. We are not your archive: the duty to keep primary documents rests with you under accounting law.

We may change these terms. The version in force is always published on this page with the date of the last update.

Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already paid for: the number of scans and the price are fixed at the moment of the order.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled amicably, and failing agreement — by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
