Processing is carried out in accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data.

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and address it passes to us. This is needed to identify your account.

The documents you upload and the data extracted from them. A document may contain personal data — names, addresses, fiscal codes, signatures — both yours and other people's.

Technical data: IP address, timestamps of actions and the log of edits made to documents. This is needed for security and to be able to show who changed a document and when.

Providing the service — reading documents, keeping them in your account and exporting the data. Basis: performance of the contract to which you are a party.

Security of the service, prevention of abuse and record-keeping for payments. Basis: the controller's legitimate interest and statutory record-keeping duties.

We do not use your documents for advertising and we do not sell them to anyone.

If you upload a document with personal data of other people — a supplier's invoice or an employee's record, for example — you are the one who decides the purpose of that processing, and we act on your instruction.

The legal basis for processing that data therefore rests with you. Please upload only documents you are entitled to process.

To read a document, its image is sent to the provider of the artificial intelligence model. Its servers are outside the Republic of Moldova — in the United States and the European Union.

The infrastructure the service runs on is also outside the country: the database and storage (European Union), the application server (Germany) and the website. The full list of recipients is below.

The transfer takes place in order to perform the contract with you. Each provider processes the data under its own contractual terms.

We cannot guarantee that the model provider does not retain the transmitted image for a period. Retention is governed by its terms, not ours, and we have not enabled a zero-retention mode at present.

We say this plainly because it concerns you: if a document contains particularly sensitive data, take this into account before uploading it.

Documents and the data extracted from them — 12 months from upload. After that the original image and the data are erased for good, and the edit log keeps only the fact that an edit happened, without the values.

If you delete a document permanently, it disappears from your account at once and is physically erased after 30 days.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Payment records are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection — Articles 12 to 22 of Law no. 195/2024.

To exercise them, write to the email address below. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may contact the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) or the courts.

Documents can only be accessed after signing in. Each account's data is separated at the database level, and original images are kept in private storage reachable only through our service.

The log of edits to documents is protected against after-the-fact modification by a chain of checksums.

No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that may affect your rights, we will tell you.

We use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage: keeping your session after sign-in and remembering display preferences.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track your behaviour on other sites. If we introduce analytics, we will ask for your consent first.

We may update this policy. The version in force is published on this page with the date of the update. We will notify you by email of material changes.
